Mango

The bright and tangy flavor of mango pairs perfectly with the delicate flavor of almond macarons. We have perfectly balanced the almost citrus-like qualities of mango with the subtlety of almond.  Our first of several curated collections begins with our Mango, Pineapple and Coconut macarons. Guava

Guava is a subtle tropical fruit, which is likened to a cross between strawberries and pear. These small fruits range in color from pale yellow, to pink, to a deep red, and can vary from mild to intense flavors. This flavor is sure to remind you of Spring!

Lychee

Lychees have bright red skin that gives way to a perfectly round, white fruit with a fragrance reminiscent of rose. Their slightly tart-sweet taste will remind you of sweet and sour candy and create a unique pairing with macarons.

Jackfruit

The unusual fruit called Jackfruit can be used in both savory and sweet recipes, and here we have used it to create an unusual and exotic macaron flavor! Jackfruit can range in flavor from a cross between banana and pear, and sometimes even has hints of mango flavor.

Yuzu

Yuzu has a gorgeous citrus flavor, and many describe it as a cross between mandarin, lemon, and grapefruit. The flavor lends a sourness that is milder than grapefruit and lemon, with the sweetness of mandarins, and when it is paired with our macarons is a perfectly balanced citrus to match the delicate macaron shells.

Ube

While ube isn’t a fruit, we felt like the exotic flavor deserved recognition. Ube is actually a beautiful purple yam, with a creamy and nutty flavor that is a perfect pairing with almond macarons. The color is rich and gorgeous, lending elegance along with the unique flavor.
