Due to the perishable nature of the goods provided on Shareden Sweet Confections, we are unable to accept returned merchandise or provide refunds for shipped products.

Macarons, Sablé cookies, and our other dessert products are delicate and fragile; we are unable to guarantee that your order will arrive without any cracks during the shipping process, but we can assure you they will be delicious!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.  If the shipping package appears damaged do not accept delivery from the carrier.

Other non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on greeting or gift cards.
